Railfanning

I have been obsessed with trains my entire life. As a kid, I played with toy trains for hours on end, and now as an adult, I record the real ones. This gallery will show some of the best railfanning clips I've taken. All of these videos were recorded using a Google Pixel 6a.

BNSF Fakebonnet 737

In December of 2024, I spotted a BNSF Fakebonnet locomotive in Highgrove, CA, right on the edge of Riverside County and San Bernardino County. Locomotives with these paint schemes are very rare, and talked about a lot in the railfanning community.

Southwest Chief 3

In November of 2024, I got the chance to record the Amtrak Southwest Chief at the Downtown Riverside station. I am hardly ever out railfanning during the times when they arrive in my area, so this was a very special catch for me.

Coaster 5001 and 5007

Moving out of the Inland Empire, I happened to catch two different Coaster trains meeting at the Solana Beach Transit Center in June of 2024.

Pacific Electric 717

On September 27, 2014, I recorded the Pacific Electric 717 trolley near the Southern California Railway Museum in Perris, CA. That recording was the first video that I have ever uploaded to YouTube, so I recorded the exact same trolley again for my channel’s 10th anniversary special.
